After the blessed and meaningful time we shared during our two Joint Christmas Eve services, it is time for us to continue to worship, pray, celebrate, and grow together as one body in Christ. On Sunday, January 18, 2026, our two churches will once again come together for a special Joint Worship Service at Crosswicks, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
This service will be a joyful and grace-filled time of worship and fellowship. We will celebrate the Renewal of the Baptismal Vows, remembering who we are and whose we are. Our baptism unites us beyond buildings, names, or local traditions; it tells us that we belong to the same family of faith and are called to live out God’s love in the world. We will also share Holy Communion, approaching the Lord’s table as brothers and sisters, grateful for the unity God has already given us.

This is a beautiful and important opportunity for our congregations. They are close geographically, in spirit, and mission!
Worshiping together allows us to strengthen relationships, meet new faces, and open our hearts to the new things God desires to do among us.
When we gather together, our faith is renewed and our sense of community deepened.

As with every true Christian celebration, worship will continue beyond the sanctuary. Following the service, we will gather for a Potluck Luncheon, so this is your moment to pull your best dish out of your sleeve and show off a little! Around the table, we will continue celebrating, sharing food, conversation, laughter, and the joy of being together.
We invite you to come with open hearts and joyful spirits. Join us as we worship, give thanks, and celebrate being one body in Christ.
We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, January 18, 2026
at 10:30 a.m. in Crosswicks UMC.
It will be a wonderful service you will not want to miss!
Warmly,
Rev. David Gaitan
